He is a member of the American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, West Central Wisconsin Study Club and the Academy of General Dentistry. In 1993 Dr. Decker took a special interest in Forensic Dentistry. He has continued his education in the area of forensic dental investigation and identification at the Dade County Medical Examiners Office in Miami, FL, the Wayne County Medical Examiners Office in Detroit, MI as well as other coursework with the Pensacola Medical Examiners Office in Pensacola, FL. In addition, he has studied in Washington, DC with the Armed Forces Institute of Pathology. He has aided in human remains identification for the Eau Claire County Sheriffs Dept. as well as the Pathology departments of both Eau Claire hospitals. He is a member of the American Society of Forensic Odontology.
Dr. Decker has a very diversified list of interests including race cars and hot-rods, movies and traveling. He enjoys spending time with his wife Jane, their 2 grown sons and their families, which includes five wonderful grandchildren. He and his wife also have two very spoiled golden retrievers! While he enjoys a little more time away from the office these days, he hopes to continue to provide the finest of dental care to his patients for many years to come with the help of his wonderful dental team at Oakwood Hills Family Dental.

Dr. Reich enjoys seeing patients of all ages. It is her goal to provide every patient with the highest quality of comprehensive oral health care in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

Outside of the office, Dr. Reich keeps busy with her family. She and her husband Ben, a physical therapist at Dove Healthcare, welcomed their son Luke in May, 2011. Being a very active little boy, they spend lots of time together playing outside and exploring area parks and playgrounds. Dr. Reich also enjoys golfing with Ben, gardening, reading and cooking.
She and Dr. Decker enjoy spending time with their two grown sons and their families and are the proud grandparents to five grandchildren. She enjoys stained glass art, walking, gardening, cooking, movies and traveling. She and Dr. Decker also have two very spoiled golden retrievers that she has enjoyed training for pet therapy!
Jane has enjoyed the long friendships she has developed with her co-workers and patients over the years. She is proud to be a "charter member" of the great team at Oakwood Hills Family Dental.
She feels that Dr. Decker has always treated his patients and staff with honesty and integrity. Mary Ann has a strong sense of responsibility and Dr. Decker can’t imagine his day without her organization and skill. Mary Ann and her husband Rick have a married son and three grandchildren, a black lab Amy, and a cat Stevie Ray. They especially enjoy the beautiful Wisconsin summers when they can camp or jump on the motorcycle and ride in the wind.
She graduated from Chippewa Valley Technical College as a Dental Assistant in 1999. She has been employed at Oakwood Hills Family Dental since 2000. She brings her beaming personality and a great laugh to our office!
She and her husband Jereme juggle a very busy life with their two little boys, Jonah and Jack and a golden retriever. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves the outdoors and it’s many activities

Kate cherishes the fun side of life! She and her husband Douglas have been married since 1971 and they love cruising in their boat, riding their Harley, skiing in the winter and spending time with her large family and many friends. She lives her philosophy every day in her personal as well as her professional life - “Share a Smile and Laugh Often” !
As a dental assistant in the office, she has developed caring relationships with many patients over the years. She is always available to explain and educate her patients in a professional yet friendly manner. As our resident Packer Fan she can often be seen wearing green and gold!
Linda and her husband Jeff, live in Mondovi. They have two grown children, Kayla and Bryce. Aside from her responsibilities as a devoted Packer fan, she enjoys cards, walking and spending time with her family.
She keeps the office flowing smoothly and enjoys interacting with the patients. She finds her job environment fun and values her friendships with her co-workers and patients alike.
Peggy and her husband Dennis have 1 married son. Most importantly, they have a four year old grand-daughter, Nya. She delights in the time she spends with her little granddaughter and her son and daughter-in-law. She and her husband also enjoy golfing, traveling and spending time on their pontoon.
She brings great confidence and skill to her profession and her dedication is evident. Her easy going style allows her patients to relax while they learn. Her goal as a hygienist is to inform her patients as to their current dental status and then to work with the patient to improve their dental health with a team approach.
Ashley enjoys her free time with her husband Shane, their families and their cat Dale. She likes making gifts for others, spending time on Pinterest and enjoying new adventures with her husband.
She is our resident "walking encyclopedia" and she shares her wealth of information with her patients to benefit their dental health. While at CVTC she helped organize a decay prevention program for the UWEC Health Clinic. She has published articles in several dental hygiene journals and is dedicated to educating her patients in their oral health. Her quiet and compassionate manner is comforting to her patients.
This past October 2012, Kim went on a dental mission to El Oratorio, Guatemala. On this mission trip, she was able to use her Spanish and dental skills, to build relationships with people in the community. She plans to return within the next few years to continue helping in preventing dental disease and building new friendships.
She and her husband Eric live in Osseo where they have raised their two grown children, Dustin and Brianna. They now enjoy their free time traveling, riding their Harley and spending time with family and friends at their lake place in Chetek.
Denise loves working in dentistry and it shows. She is always upbeat with her patients and cares for them in a professional yet fun-loving manner. We are confident that our patients will feel relaxed and comfortable with her chair side as she brings her 12 years of experience as a dental assistant to our team.
Eau Claire is her home town and she has chosen to raise her own family in this community. She and her husband DuWayne have three young children, Alyssa, Cameron, and Carter along with their dachshund, Mason. She and her family enjoy camping, hiking and spending time together outdoors.
Janet always puts friendliness and consideration for our patients as her top priority. She manages to balance a multitude of tasks with ease and efficiency making it seem effortless! She comes to our office with over 20 years of customer service experience and prior dental knowledge. Lori enjoys working with people and is excited to be continuing her career at our office.
Lori and her husband Joel live in Chippewa Falls with their daughter Nova. In her free time, she enjoys spending time in the upper peninsula of Michigan where her husband originates from. She also enjoys hiking, camping, volleyball, traveling, and spending time with her family.
While not at our office, Katrina is an instructor at CVTC in the dental hygiene program. She also works treating patients in the dental clinic there. Katrina enjoys all aspects of dentistry, from treating patients to helping students learn. She is a member of the ADAA and the Wisconsin Dental Hygiene Association.
Katrina and her husband reside in Bloomer with their black lab Belle. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking, traveling, and reading.
